The week is before us - like the coffee pot - waiting to brew. Making it good is a matter of choice, luck, creativity, patience and acceptance of the outcome.

The fresh fish wish


fresh fish . . .

Fresh fish make the best fish dishes.

It is my wish that you take the head off.

On ice is the best way to keep fish fresh.

Fresh fish - to be tender - is cooked minimally.

My enjoyment will be maximized if you add a lemon.
