SPRING IS NOT THE SAME
With the advent of global warming, each of our moderate seasons have changed. In this part of the country, Spring is usually short anyway. But now, it seems that we are leaping straight into summer. The other day the high was 87 degrees. We are running the air conditioner rather often just to maintain a minimum comfort.
Not only is it warm, but it is dry. I miss the gradual warming, the earth's awakening in a measured way. Make no mistake, global warming is a fact of life. I feel it in my bones.
