The Earl of Sandwich

Behold the Royal Sandwich - crowned with a fresh slice of wheat bread. At his core he's a ham, a cool cucumber, a princely lettuce leaf.
Meet the Earl of Sandwich.
He's there when you need him, fresh and substantial. He's quick to fix, fulsome, and healthy.
We don't know everything about him, however. There is a mystery about the Earl, a secret ingredient. It is the remaining question. Is he spread with mayo, mustard, or something even more exotic. We can't really tell. Actually, his dressing is a matter of personal preference.
