Handling stress -- For many of us the holidays are extremely stressful. Here, from the Mental Health Association, are some things you can do to make better Mondays this December. It is a list I have used for years:
- Talk it out.
- Work it off.
- Watch what you eat.
- Get plenty of rest.
- Take a break.
- Do something for others.
- Make a change.
- Don't depend on drugs or alcohol.
- Accept the things you cannot change.
- Don't try to be perfect.
- Be a good problem solver.
