The keys are in the pot, which is where I keep them. How many times have you asked,
"Where are my keys?"
What is more frustrating than looking for our keys?
Are the lost or just missing? Who took them? Did you borrow my keys?
Key chains are supposed to hold keys together, not rabbit's feet, or furry rubber balls, or your address and phone number.
Myth is the public dream, and dream is the private myth. - Joseph Campbell
Campbell's quote above leads me to ask, what are the myths about keys?
- The keys will get me into the city.
- The answer to the key question will solve the puzzle.
- I am the key to my own success.
- A key is better than a combination.
- The key to a good martini is less vermouth, or an onion, or an olive.
Or "put 'em in the pot."
